According to art.16 of the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts with professionals, as well as amending and supplementing certain normative acts, are exempted from the right of withdrawal, the supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed by the consumer. In this regard, upon receipt of the goods ordered, please check the integrity of the packaging and the quantity invoiced. Any request to return goods prior to receipt cannot be accepted. Any quantity of goods delivered may be replaced at the seller's expense if - on delivery - the packaging shows damage/sealing, changes from the original form.
