Dispute resolution
Any conflict between AGRICULTORUL GROUP and Customers will be resolved amicably. In this case please send an email or call the contact number on the website. In case the conflict is not solved amicably, Romanian legal provisions will be applied, the first solution being mediation, then appeal to the competent Romanian courts.
Force majeure
None of the contractual parties can be held liable for total or partial non-performance, or late performance of obligations, if these were caused by force majeure. The parties shall immediately inform each other of the case of force majeure and take all necessary measures to limit the unpleasant consequences of the event. If the force majeure event does not cease within 15 days, the parties have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without claiming damages. Force majeure shall be proved in accordance with the law.
If any of the above clauses is found to be void or invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other clauses.
